Spend the evening at The Phoenix Arts Club in the company of Rhumba Club!
Fresh from being ranked as #2 on GQ magazine’s list of 2020’s best new artists, Rhumba Club is the artistic moniker for Tom Falle’s retro-futuristic synthpop project. Rhumba Club’s beautifully ironic and emotive pop songs are brought to the stage by Tom and his 4-piece band, replete with synths, saxophones and guitars.
Featured on Spotify’s Alternative Pride playlist, alongside Christine and the Queens and Frank Ocean, the Rhumba Club is described by Notion as a cross between the Rhythm Method and WHAM!.
One of his latest singles, “Normativity” was praised by The Line of Best Fit as an “empowering and emotive pop masterpiece”.
His most recent track, “Pocket Machine” was described as “the perfect lockdown banger” by GQ Magazine.

The Phoenix is operating a “Strict Bubble” seating policy. Please make sure you only book tickets for your table with people who are within your “Household Bubble”. If you have booked tickets at a table with another household please contact us by email to have this booking split into the appropriate number of tables. Timings: Ticket holders can enter The Phoenix Arts Club from 6pm, and the show will start at 7.30pm. The show will run for two hours and will include an interval.
Purchasing Tickets: Attendees MUST purchase tickets in advance. You can purchase between two and six tickets to the show. Full names and a method of contact must be provided for each member of your party.
When You Arrive: Upon arrival, you will be guided to a dedicated cabaret table that will be reserved exclusively for your party. It will be socially distanced from others.
Ordering Drinks: Drinks must be ordered via our Phoenix Arts Club app, and will be delivered directly to your table from our wonderful bar staff. The app is free to download from both the Apple and Google Play stores.

Secreted away down the same little side street used in the opening sequence of Harry Potter and tucked beneath The Phoenix Theatre lies our charming escape from the London norm. Our lively and nostalgic theatre bar & Restaurant is located in the original dressing and rehearsal rooms of The Phoenix Theatre where Laurence Olivier made his debut on stage in the 1930s in "Private Lives" with Noel Coward and Gertrude Lawrence. With fascinating signed posters, paintings and pictures from decades of theatre productions, a restored art deco interior and hidden treasures lurking in every corner, there's something new to see on every visit, and you never know who might decide to give an impromptu performance!
